"Durdin international part II"(September 11, 2011)
The past few weeks I’ve been busy with the preparations for the new expo ‘Everything Flows’ in Milano. This time I have been asked to paint on silk, and I took that challenge. You can see the result starting this Saturday September 17th, in the Fine Art Centre in Milano, Italy. I assume not everyone can join me there, so I’ll make sure there will be some photo’s online real soon!

"Sight-Size & the art of Still-life painting"(26 August 2011)
This was the second time I was lucky enough to participate in one of the Angel Art Academy's summer workshop, and stay in Florence for another 2 weeks. It was far easier to understand the procedure they use to analyze an object from life, and to transfer it the more realistically on canvas. This time I really wanted to get into colordifferentiation since I did an almost monochrome last year.

"Durdin International"(May 19th 2011)
Ladies and gentlemen, soon I will continue my way internationally for the first time. On sunday the 5th of June there will be an annual festival called the 'Kunst-und Kulturtag' at Wassenberg in Germany. Lots of different kinds f art will be shown, in and around the castle. You will find my work within the castle itself, it'll contain 4 to 6 pieces. Very exciting!

"Trailer 2011"(May 8 2011)
My first very own trailer. On the 28th of May 2011, I will debute a new series of soft pastel works along with some very fresh oil paintings in Valkenswaard, the Netherlands. The agenda for this year has been made, I will go beyond the borders to Germany and Italy. More details on the expo will follow!
